These are vector files. Coming in SVG and DXF formats. SVG (scalable vector graphic) is all you need to start assigning your toolpaths in your CNC software. DXF (drawing interchange format) is great for uploading to 3rd party manufacturing services such as Send Cut Send.

I would have to say, I absolutely love all the files other than trying to learn how to separate these files and make sure that the right files go to the right place is a bit daunting and confusing on my part I thought I was going to be getting the big cutting board file but I did not see that anywhere all I saw was the 3-D print file for the garlic masher. That's about it. I'm not sure if there is any way to better organize these files on your end or if it's just better that I learn on my end lol!!! But in short,I don't think I will have a problem with anything other than just trying to learn where all the files go.
